Job description / Role
Currently recruiting on behalf of my client who is one of the leading MEP Contractors in the Middle East. We are looking for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who can assist the Commercial Manager with their daily duties.
Requirements
- Large commercial projects experience
- An MEP background
- Bachelor of Science in either a Quantity Surveying or Engineering related subject
- Expert in AutoCAD and Excel
- Experience with SAP
- The ability to negotiate additional income with the client
You will be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and handling the subcontractor accounts. Preferably you will already be based in the GCC.
