Job description / Role
- Responsible for the daily sis on payment, variations and financial part of their assigned Project.
- Monitor administer and protect the company’s commercial and contractual relationship with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, proactive identification of commercial and contractual risks and formulation of strategy to mitigate such risk.
- 5 to 10 years Hands on experiences in Highways, Roads & Bridges, Water Transmission Pipelines Projects.
- International or GCC experienced is desirable.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil with First Class or Honors from Recognized University.
- Specialized in Quantity Surveying.
- Qualification in Primavera, Auto CAD & other software will be desirable.
Skills:
- Effective interpersonal, communication, written, and typing skills.
- Strong English language skills and Arabic language is an added advantage.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management)
