Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently expanding our team in the Doha, Qatar office and we are seeking specific experienced industry specialists, 360 degree recruitment professionals to join our business in the region.

We are looking to expand across several key divisions, including:
- Construction / Infrastructure & Civil – Including Rail
- IT / Telecommunications & Security
- HR
- FMCG
- Automotive
- Professional Services – Legal / Finance / Accounting / Banking / Insurance
- Digital / Media

The primary objective of this role is to maximise sales through the placement of permanent and contract staff with clients reflecting the values of the Company. The successful candidate will be required to meet the secondary objectives of this role which include but are not limited to:
- To develop and maintain a portfolio of professional and suitable candidates in line with anticipated demand, ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards in UAE.
- To match and exceed client and candidate expectations by offering a reliable, responsive permanent and contractor recruitment service.
- To develop and maintain a profitable client and candidate base through a proactive sales approach.

The day to day tasks/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act quickly on all candidate applications & leads; Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment ensuring an accurate and appropriate database to meet client needs; To ensure all job boards, CV databases and social media are being utilised; To screen, interview and assess candidates in line with company standards, ensuring understanding of their job and career requirements; To proactively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure consistency.
- To proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients; To proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance; To proactively promote candidates through candidate marketing calls; To ensure the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action.
- To obtain full job specifications and personal specifications from clients maximizing each opportunity for placement; to ensure all clients have signed contracts and that all rates are in line with Company expectations; to proactively match candidates to vacancies; to arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing and de-briefing within 24 hours of interview; to carry out post placement checks.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience placing technical personnel;
- Prior employment experience in roles involving Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources or similar will be additional assets;
- Middle East experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results
