Senior Reporting Manager

Job description / Role

* Responsible for uniform reporting in their assigned Program.
* Responsible for program data assurance delivered into the PMIS.
* Responsible for supporting effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting.
* Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the business.
* Responsible for supporting the coordination of all reporting interfaces between projects and the business and translate the business requirements into the reporting framework.
* Responsible for ensuring reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.
* Responsible for representing PMO reporting at Program/Project level.
* Responsible for participating in the weekly/monthly meetings with management as required.
* Responsible for participating in reporting forums with relevant parties as required.
* Responsible for providing support to HQ at external stakeholder forums as required.
* Responsible for reporting coordination of all reports from the PMO functions.
* Responsible for liaising closely with all the other PMO functions.

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
* 10+ yrs of relevant experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Directs and monitors specialist/technical aspects of specific segments of a major project and assists in directing and monitoring progress
* Excellent analytic skills
* Excellent spoken and written English skills
