Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior Reporting Manager to work on one of our major projects in Qatar.
The main duties of the Senior Reporting Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Supports the uniform reporting in their assigned Program
- Supports in the Program data assurance delivered into the PMIS
- Supports effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting.
- Supports administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the business.
- Supports the coordination of all reporting interfaces between projects and the business and translate the business requirements into the reporting framework
- Ensures reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.
- Supports PMO reporting at Program/Project level.
- Supports in the weekly/monthly meetings with management as required
- Supports in reporting forums with relevant parties as required
- Supports reporting coordination of all reports from the PMO functions
- Will liaise closely with all the other PMO functions to produce the monthly QRDP report in a timely and consistent manner.
Knowledge and Experience:
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- 8+ yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent analytic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
