Senior System Administrator- Linux Unix Weblogic
An exciting challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to take ownership within a large and reputable banking organization in Qatar.
The candidate will be responsible for the continued performance and maintenance of all the Unix and Middleware Platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
• Key System Administration skills (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, investigation, tuning, patching, scripting, documentation)
• Overall responsibility for the performance and reliability of the Unix and Middleware platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelors of computer science or equivalent.
• Ideally some relevant experience within a large banking organization although other industry experience will be considered.
• Excellent knowledge across multiple flavours of Linux / Unix as well
• Excellent knowledge in Oracle Weblogic platforms.
• Good understanding of the products licensing.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
