Service Assistant I

Job Summary:

- Our Service Assistant is responsible for assisting in the internal movement of the mail, serving beverages in the offices for both the employees and the guests. Our Service Assistant will also assist in photocopying, binding and other clerical tasks.

- Assist on the administrative needs in the department (Photocopying, Binding, Shredding, Office upkeep)
- Follow all relevant administrative policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Implement activities under close supervision
- Maintain cleanliness in the office premises
- Perform other duties as required
- Provide beverage service for the allocated department

Requirements

Your Profile:

- High school or secondary level 0-2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field

Competencies:
