Site engineer - roads

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site for road projects. Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and Ashghal standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Maintain accurate records of materials, work performed, and site conditions. Support the senior engineers in reporting and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in road construction projects.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in Qatar is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ashghal standards, road design, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
