Site Guest Transportation Manager (Global Sports Event Qatar 2022 - Accommodation Services) (fixed term contract until January 2023)

What you will be doing:

- Ensure that the supervisory level from service provider is monitoring workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions on site level
- Ensure that the service providers are responding within the agreed time frame to any guest request
- Ensure that the service provider having the right time schedule for all sites trips and adjust the timing if required according to supervisor data entry
- Build internal and external customer relationships though service provider team.
- Ensure that service providers are well manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations closely.
- Inspecting randomly the coasters or buses with service providers to ensure that it is meeting the cleaning requirements in each trip

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- At least 5 years of experience in the traffic and transportation sector
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large-scale environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- A hands-on approach is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
