Site Manager

Job description / Role

One of our most prominent clients has tasked us with finding an experience Site Manager / Asst. Resident Engineer. They are a very well established global Project Management Consultancy, undertaking an exciting Mixed Use Development in Doha.

We are looking for someone to serve as a representative in all matters related to time, cost and quality of the construction management. You will also be required to review and coordinate approvals of documents related to the project and the consultant services. You will be leading a team of inspectors to ensure Schedule, Quality and Safety are upheld throughout the project on site.

Requirements

For this position our client requires at least 12 years’ experience, of which at least two must be in the Middle East and you should have experience on major mixed use developments.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specifically Electrical engineering although Mechanical will also be considered. You must have excellent written and spoken English skills and be able to act autonomously with responsibility for a team. You should be able to solve problems, find solutions and have excellent time management skills. The ability to work under pressure is key.

The salary is competitive and our client is looking to bring someone in as soon as possible.
