Site Supervisor / Sr Site Supervisor ( Pref Candidates Based Out Mumbai )

• Manage & supervise the entire site and supervise the construction workers on a daily basis.
• Monitors the inventory of site materials, supplies, and equipment; makes purchases for the center, staying within the site budget.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be a Diploma/B.E/B TECH in Civil Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Must have fit out/interior experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in GCC Countries
