Guildhall is representing a renowned Facilities Management (FM) company that due to the continued growth of the FM market in Qatar is seeking to appoint a Soft Services Operations Manager.
With extensive Soft Services Operational Management experience in Qatar, this role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day soft facilities service operations across numerous sites.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Extensive Soft Services Operations experience in Qatar
- Experience of managing teams across multiple sites
- Strong communicator with the ability to build and foster relationships at a senior level with the client
- Able to effectively manage the suppliers across the portfolio
- Able to review data and communicate data requirements, to successfully manage performance and drive improvement into the contract
