What you will be doing:

- Carries out daily general cleaning of all areas of the treatment rooms, washrooms and Spa public areas in accordance with departmental standards.
- Ensures that Spa ambience set up is in accordance with departmental standards.
- Ensures that guests are greeted using their names at all times.
- Delivers soiled linen and collects clean linen form laundry service as directed.
- Ensures that correct quantity of cleaned linen is received from laundry.
- Ensures that soiled linen is collected, sorted and bagged in accordance with departmental procedure.
- Ensures that adequate supply of guest amenities and supplies are maintained and provided.
- Greets guest in accordance with the company's uniquely policy.
- Prepares and serves cold towels as directed.
- To report any Emergency situation to his/her superior and provide any first aid assistance when required.
- To assist other recreation or Spa staff members in conducting activities and creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, only with prior permission from your superior.
- To perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned to him/her that is not related to your normal duties, by your superior.
- To cooperated and participate in all social and cultural activities and events when requested by Management.
- Checks that all treatment rooms, washrooms and Spa public areas are in good working order, and to report defects to the SPA manager/ Person in Charge.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Warm and caring personality; previous related experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
