Employment: Full Time

Spa Attendant

What you will be doing:

- To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the department.
- To report any maintenance issues to the Spa Supervisor.
- To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
- To keep up-to-date with the Guest Survey results and to improve if required.
- To maintain a high customer service focus.
- To always provide customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality & creativity.
- To provide a courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
- To have a thorough knowledge of Spa Department as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.
- To notify the Spa Supervisor immediately of any guest complaints.
- To work as part of a team in order to achieve daily & monthly sales targets set by the Manager.
- To report training needs to supervisor/manager
- To ensure the Spa area is well maintained by following the cleaning rules and regulations set by the Manager
- To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
- Ensure replenishment of stocks such as towels, amenities, products, etc. are carried our regularly.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- High School or any higher qualification.
- A fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience.
