Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established holding group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Spa Manager for their 5 star hotel residences, operated by a renowned international brand. As the Spa Manager you will oversee all operations and development of the in house spa, reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to open and manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, managing a team of 20 plus. You will maintain the five star luxury brand standards at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue at all times.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have been in the role of Spa Manager for 3 to 5 years. Experience in a known or international brand is a must, preferably pre-opening. You should also have an experience in the Middle East, the UAE or Qatar, this would be a distinct advantage. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to female candidates.
