First impressions are everything! As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact in welcoming the guest, arranging appointments, and provide excellent guest experience upon receiving the guest in Spa.

What you will be doing:
- Greeting guest warmly and make them feel welcome
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the and knowledgeable about various services offered in Spa.
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
Your experience and skills include the following:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Detailed oriented and have ability to Multi-task
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Should have a friendly and professional demeanor
