Job Description

What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Welcome guests to the Spa and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
- Ensure all guests are registered prior and are aware of the guidelines regarding the use of the facility. treatments and it's offers
- Maintain cleanliness of all types of equipment, public and service areas
- Ensure guest members are aware of all programs and activities available
- Perform spa booking, cashiering function, bid guests' farewell and invite them to come back
- Handling Guest complaints
- Serve as a principal source of information for the team
- Coordinates all important department offer / VIPs / announcements etc.
- Handling schedule of all colleagues in department and ensures the smooth operation of the reception
- Manages department records and guests' records
- Provides all administrative duties as required
- Bus and stock all service area items including towels, water, ice, beverages, magazines, newspapers and clean headsets
- Report any equipment that needs servicing
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies


Your experience and skills include:

- At least 1-2 years Spa or Hospitality experience
- Service focused personality is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Opera system
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
