About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo's Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company's first line customer facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.

The department is responsible for owning, managing and driving P&L of all postpaid and fixed customers through the definition of value propositions and management of the customer base for all postpaid and fixed line segments.

About the Role:

The role holder will be end to end responsible for protecting & growing the Consumer BU Revenue & Profit generated through Postpaid Mobile & Fixed Services.

About You:

You should have:

- 8 experience in a similar role (Churn management/Retention/CVM) for a tier 3 global Telco.
- Strong analytical and Commercial Acumen (Commercial P&L management)
- Understanding of Telecom market and products and services
- Superior stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding behavior of consumers, and generate actionable customer insights
- Managing projects involving cross functional teams across Marketing, Finance IT, technology and customer service functions
- Analytical tools capabilities: Advanced Excel, SAS Enterprise, SAP Business Objects, Oracle, Teradata
- Advance IT Systems Understanding: CRM/IN/Billing/Middleware/DWH Systems, Programming Logic Concepts, APIs Concepts, Workflow Management Tools

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or any other similar stream.
