Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reason for the role:
Assist in the management of business performance management process, including the setting of KPIs and targets in coordination with all directorates, monitoring of performance, and development of action plans to address them. Establishes a consistent data reporting platform for organizational data.

Description

Strategy
• Assist in setting and articulating 5-year corporate strategy and business plan.

Operating Plans
• Ensure development of annual plans (corporate objectives, strategic initiatives and respective Key Performance Indicators) in coordination with directorates/ departments.
• Ensure the development/ update of the consolidated business plan (in cooperation with Finance for the budget) while ensuring that synergies have been captured and conflicts have been addressed in the consolidation.

Policies and Procedures
• Assist in the Implementation of policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Operations
• Perform review of evaluation of positioning against long-term value creation opportunities and report identified gaps with recommended actions to Leadership.
• Provide corporate planning input to Management on challenges faced by Client.
• Assist in updating the vision and mission statements.
• Ensure the cascading of the corporate objectives to directorates/ departments through workshops with directorate heads/ department managers and/ or planning personnel.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with Performance and Learning Department to ensure the corporate objectives/ directorate initiatives are cascaded to concerned employees.
• Coordinate & facilitate management strategy workshops with Leadership on an annual basis
• Coordinate & facilitate directorate performance review meetings and corporate performance review meetings on a quarterly basis / as required
• Prepare Quarterly Performance Review Reports and Monthly Executive Reports for Leadershipo
• Establishes a consistent data reporting platform for organizational data that will provide meaningful/ consistent reports to leaders that are actionable.
• Reviews existing corporate Planning & Performance systems and advise on consolidation and new tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management from a top tier university with MBA or equivalent preferred
• 6 - 8 years of experience in management consulting or corporate planning in a leading international organization and experience with a leading real estate developer is preferred

Job-Specific Skills:
• Strong analytical skills & excellent strategic thinking capability.
• Expertise in a variety of Corporate frameworks.
• Good understanding of the real estate industry and the local Qatari market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent business acumen.
