To formulate Financial Risk Assessment Techniques for tendering pertinent to acquisition of assets and services through contracts and procurement of material and equipment through purchase orders. Financial Due Diligence over procurement from Tender Plan Submission to contract close out.

Effective financial due diligence over major projects and procurement's ensuring Risk Management is adequately addressed and adequate due diligence measures are in place throughout the procurement process, from the project appraisal to contract close-out. Review of tender plan submission from financial perspectives ensuring effective and economical procurement strategy, efficient tendering process and transparent tender bid evaluation and contract award methodology. Evaluate financial strengths, weaknesses and potential financial risk of tenderers taking into consideration the contract value, nature and operational requirements, decide on manageable risk tolerance using multidimensional financial scenarios and recommend appropriate risk mitigate options in determining the financial viability of tenderers.

Requirements

15 years work experience in the relevant field with recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA in Accounting / Finance and bachelor degree.

Applicants should have worked in oil & Gas energy industry, preferable with NOC/ IOC companies.
