In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Alwadi Hotel Doha M Gallery, the position is responsible for delivering to the Dreams Makers, standards and objectives by producing consistently high standards of cuisine, within financial and business metrics provided by Senior Management. The Canteen Chef takes operational ownership his operation and responsibility, driving all operational aspects related to the success of the business.
