Stakeholder Support Manager (Highways)
Linum Consult’s client is an international construction and engineering company currently seeking an Arabic-speaking Stakeholder Support Manager to provide all services relating to stakeholder engagement for a highway construction project in Qatar. This will be on a 12-month, renewable contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cultivating and implementing stakeholder support and engagement plans
• Liaising between interested parties where necessary
• Coordinating the stakeholder engagement events, such as meetings, workshops, public displays and forums
• Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and governmental bodies
• Ensuring your tasks are completed on time and to budget
• Contributing to the preparation of bids where necessary
Requirements
PROFILE
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry
• Experience of coordinating between numerous teams both internally and externally for large infrastructure projects, in particular highway construction projects
• Degree in Engineering or similar subject
• Experience of liaising with key stakeholders, managing high performing teams and relationship management
• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English
• Previous history of working on large projects in the Middle East
