Job description / Role
Store Manager - Luxury Fashion - Qatar
Multinational luxury fashion brand with an excellent reputation globally.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Store Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Successful store operations as per brand guidelines
- Building , developing and leading a team of 10 people in the store
- Analysing and reporting of KPIs to headquarters and conveying the message to staff
- Developing strong relations with clients in Qatar and developing CRM initiatives to maintain excellent client relations
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a luxury fashion boutique
- Exposure to a brand with strong haute couture and/or RTW heritage
- Successful track record in managing a team
- Strong product knowledge to understand the complexity of the brand's craftsmanship
- A strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to convey KPIs to team members
- Experience in clienteling/CRM is preferred
