With the support and development of your brand team and Alshaya's learning and development programmes, you may then be ready for the move to Area Manager
With store teams of 150+ people this role requires a manager with excellent people management, problem solving and planning skills. You will be forward-thinking and able to deliver results with a passion for leading large teams to deliver excellent customer service
