Stores Supervisor - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha

• You will be responsible to provide direct supervision and leadership to the stores team in their area of responsibility in the delivery of operational stores support to QAS.
• Organise and plan the operational delivery for requisitions, receipts and issues within QAS Stores.
• Oversee all stores transaction processing (requisitions, receipts, issues and deliveries) taking place within QAS Stores.
• Supervise and conduct all Quarterly Stock Taking and reconciliation activities within QAS Stores.
• Organise QAS Stores staff in order to provide the most efficient and effective daily service to QAS
• Conduct workplace inspections of the QAS Stores area on a weekly basis ensuring all issues are reported or resolved as required.
• Ensure all stores related documentation is accurate and archived correctly.

Requirements

• You should have a Trade, Tertiary or Vocational Qualification or equivalent with minimum of 4 years experience in stores. You are expected to have proven track record in a variety of inventory management and procurement concepts, practises and procedures.
• Successful Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and team working skills. Ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines and possess sound knowledge of MS office with knowledge of Oracle Application, Inventory and Purchasing Module.
