Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to apply subject matter expertise on improvising business processes within their scope and functionality. Evaluate functional needs, issues and hindrances and recommend specific solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on complex issues within their area of specialization and participate in implementing solutions. T
This Job Title is restricted for use within Corporate Services only. It is a multi-layered job description and will be deployed in different areas of specialization subject to HR approval, and specific tasks will be captured in corresponding addendums.
Key Accountabilities:
- Applying subject matter expertise to evaluate business operations and functions, coordinate with business teams to understand process, and sub-processes and highlight opportunities to improvise and streamline business processes.
- Guide other team members on their related subject matter expertise.
- Oversee the implementation recommended solutions and improvements.
- Liaising within and across departments over priority issues for designing resolutions timely, performing advanced and complex tasks.
- Identifying and recommending technical solutions to improve business processes within their functional area.
Requirements:
Essential Job Requirements:-
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration * Plus * Master's Degree in Business Administration OR Professional Certificate in related field Experience.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in relevant specialized field out of which 3 years in Specialist or Expert level role.
- Has experience in managing a team.
- The candidate should have experience in Health Sector working in the Learning and Development Section.
Other Essential requirements:
- Bilingual ( Arabic and English)

- Based on experience the candidate can also be recruited as Senior SME.
