Job description / Role
Job Purpose
* Provide high level cost administration support to Subsurface Group in validation and verification of Field Service Tickets into Service Entry Sheets according to contracts terms and conditions, QatarEnergy LNG policies and procedure and effective coordination with SSG end users.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
* Manage with end users and the Table of Financial Authority (TOFA) approvers the resolution of any outstanding issues related to Field Service Tickets and Service Entry Sheet and Cost Recovery.
* Provide post-award cost administration analysis on contracts, manpower agreements, and work orders within the agreed performance criteria.
* Keep effective communication with contractors and provide sound decision for smooth resolution of issues and concerns.
* Provide guidance to cost administration team in interpreting contract and work order clauses to support processing of Field Service Tickets to Service Entry Sheets effectively and efficiently.
* Handle and address general cost administration problems, variations, and dispute issues with an appreciation of overall value-effectiveness solutions.

* Maintain strategic and ethical relationship with key suppliers and ensure effective coordination of cost administration activity.
* Create reports to monitor team’s progress and work analysis.
* Review processes and provide recommendation on continuous improvement, process optimization, and enhancement.
* Advise end users on all post-award cost administration matters including administration strategies and tactics.
* Provide financial analysis and cost stewardship support.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
* 7 years’ relevant experience e.g., Contract Administration.
