Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable and established group in Qatar. Our client is looking to expand their team and hire a Supermarket Brand and Operations Manager to oversee this rapidly growing business segment. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Operations Business Head.
Your main responsibilities will be overseeing and strengthening the day-to-day operations of the current supermarkets, you will also assist in generating the expansion plans including SOP’s, training, liaising with vendors and suppliers. You will work with the team to increase revenue and brand awareness in the market. You will work very closely with the CEO and Operations Business Head to ensure smooth operations at all times and that all revenue targets are not only achieved but exceeded.
The successful candidate should have managed multiple supermarkets both existing and through opening. You must have a proven track record with an established supermarket within the Middle East. Strong English communication and a driver’s license are required.
