Job description / Role
We are looking for Supervisor Qatarization for our client. In this role you will administer development process by providing induction, familiarization, orientation sessions and programs to Qatari Graduates, trainees and interns, as well as career counselling and advice related to learning and development across the company.
You will be primarily responsible for the design of development plans, counselling on performance, and conducting need analysis of training courses. Analyse and update the Qatarization plans, provide input to the QIS system, supervise summer trainees and internships, scholarship and FE students and act as liaison representative to a number of external agencies, institutions and partners.
- To be successful in this role, you should have minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
You should have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
