Role Summary:
• Supporting Service Agreements (SSAs) are long-term, managed BN contractual agreements designed to provide proactive care for our customers' machinery and the condition monitoring systems supplied by GE Bently Nevada. This role is for a BN systems & instrumentation site lead for SSAs in Qatar.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The core task of the Site Lead is to execute and manage the scope of the agreement profitably, safely, with integrity and to the customers' satisfaction to ensure agreement renewal and evolution.
• Regardless of the specific deliverables the Site Lead will focus on helping the customer improve the reliability and performance of his operation (production assets) therefore a strong quality (repeatable lean process), reliability and continuous improvement mindset is important.
• The Site Lead is expected to develop and communicate customer value stories (with customer approval) that will promote learning within the Bently Nevada business and provide marketing material to promote the service offering. The Site Lead is responsible to ensure customer satisfaction, and actively track KPIs for our service deliverables.
• The Site Lead is expected to work closely with Sales to bring new opportunities and to keep up to date on new applications and support trial installations where deemed appropriate by the respective Product Line Manager.
• The Site Lead must document the activities executed using the tools built into the SSA Web Portal, the standard reporting tools or any customized tools agreed per specific contract requirements. The SSA Web Portal should be seen as the means to showcase the tasks completed and the value delivered in the agreement.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 5-years of experience executing condition monitoring programs or a minimum of 10-years of experience in instrumentation health and maintenance services including Bently Nevada monitoring and software products.
• Extensive experience with System1, 3500 Racks, and Bently Nevada monitoring/software products is an absolute requirement for this role.

Desired Characteristics:

• Applicant must have extensive experience and solid skills in the area of BN systems and instrumentation, including but not limited to System1 and 3500 racks.
• Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to effectively present to Executive Management. The applicant must have the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services to the customer.
• Applicant should have technical understanding of a broad range of condition monitoring techniques such as vibration, thermodynamic performance, lube oil analysis, thermography.
• Ability to understand customer's business, how the customer operates profitably, safety, environmental and other regulatory challenges.
• Ability to understand the key contractual terms and conditions.
• Ability to track costs in SAP and manage resource scheduling.
