We are now seeking an exceptional Sustainability Manager to join our award winning team based within our Doha Office and various Doha sites.

This critical role will be responsible for delivering technical sustainability consultation, advice and design assistance to clients and KEO in-house divisions as required.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

• Spearheading GSAS and other green certifications during the design and construction stage.
• Working directly on design deliverables including technical reports and supporting calculations.
• Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented.
• Providing green certification design reviews and support to clients, including but not limited to, ensuring the client's sustainability and green certification goals and objectives are properly executed onsite by other consultants and contractors.
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external clients.
• Managing and facilitating delivery efforts to client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction during and after the delivery of a scope of work and deliverables, making any requested alterations in an established timeframe.

Requirements

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' sustainability or environmental management career experience partnered with Bachelor or Master level in Architectural, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Applicants whom possess valid green building certification accreditation, ie. GSAS CGP, Estidama or LEED will be provided preferential consideration.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
