System Integration Specialist - Railway/ Metro systems

We are working for one of the main contractors on the new Doha metro project. Due to continued project development, they are now looking for a system integration specialist.

This role reports in to the management team and is responsible for developing Logic diagram for system function details and documentation in consideration of the following subjects:
* Requirement Management (V&V)
* System Function
* Test & Commissioning
* Hand-over and Certification

All the above will specifically be related to the systems being installed on the Doha metro and associated works.

Requirements

To be of requisite calibre, client is looking for the following;
* Experience on major railway project, leading the system engineering effort on complex project.
* Extensive knowledge of engineering management throughout the project life cycle, and hand-over process
* Negotiation, System Integration & Coordination skills from design with technical & requirement background (with client, each subsystem engineer)
* Highly motivated and confident with outstanding organisational skills

On offer will be a total tax-free salary of $10k per month and the opportunity to work in Qatar for the next 2-3 years.
