Our newest opportunity is for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our award-winning team (2021 LinkedIn Best Talent Acquisition Team - MENA region) based in Doha, Qatar . This position is responsible for overseeing KEO's talent acquisition operations and programs, inconjunction with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, throughout the Gulf Region and Europe. This role acts as a pivotal support across all business lines in their pursuit of excellence through attracting and acquiring exceptional and diverse talent to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Seeks out best practices, innovative and strategic tools for operational excellence.
- Ensures accountability for all parties involved in the recruiting process for compliance with applicable applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements. Develops and maintains performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking and insight for making program and process improvements.
- Develops solid relationships with managers and HR to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring current and future requirements are met.
- Manages the applicant tracking system, providing for user training and system modification to meet requirements, also ensuring effective use of the system. Oversees requisition management process.
- Leverages technology to support recruitment and staffing initiatives.
- Develops and manages metrics to measure overall recruitment process effectiveness. Develops departmental policies.
- Develops and manages the KEO employment brand and oversees and approves marketing and advertising of roles.
- Acts as a primary point of contact to create/maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors such as recruitment advertising agencies and job board providers. Ensures service level agreements are met.
- Oversees all candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include:

- Bachelor Degree partnered with a minimum of 8 years of related experience with the most recent 2 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience with volume hiring of professional staff including minimum 400-500 hires per annum, 1000 proposal roles per annum etc.
- Knowledge within Architecture, Engineering and/ or Construction Recruitment is required.
- Familiarity with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources software. Previous experience of iCIMS ATS is preferable but not essential.
- Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing models, ie. minimum 98%+ direct hires per annum.
- Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements.
- Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns, projects and client relationships.
- Experience managing or active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition.
- Degree or Master's level qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or equivalent preferred.
- CIPD, SHRM, REC or equivalent highly regarded.
