Employment: Full Time

Objectives: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is to provide full range of recruitment and onboarding services for volume recruitment requirements to all Companies in the Group. The Specialist will work alongside the hiring managers of the Companies executing recruitment strategies related to attraction, selection and onboarding of volume staff. Providing the best customer service to the Group through ensuring compliance with processes and policies, whilst maintaining and ensuring a positive candidate experience is delivered every time.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain an “always be recruiting talent” policy and continuously build a talent pipeline and database
• Partner with the Hiring Managers of the Divisions to meet their recruitment requirements
• Aim to fulfill the recruitment requirements of the Company in the most cost effective manner possible, in line with their agreed budget
• Ensure recruitment efforts result in hiring of ‘best-in-class’ talent to facilitate achievement of objectives in consultation with Talent Acquisition Manager
• Ensure that recruitment activities are within agreed budget through receiving fully completed Recruitment Authorization Forms (RAF) prior to commencement of recruitment.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete progress reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Divisions on recruitment activities, progress or any concerns
• Advertise and solicit resumes from qualified candidates, screen resumes and applications for suitability, conduct initial screening interviews, and making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided
• Provide clear and consider communications to candidates in the recruitment process, ensuring the best candidate experience is delivered to all candidates
• Ensure hiring managers receive regular updates and communications throughout the recruitment process
• Build strong, engaging working relationships with the Divisions to ensure full understanding of the business but to also deliver outstanding customer service
• Demonstrate professionalism when working with third party suppliers or vendors upholding the values of Al Mana
• Work closely with Government Relations Specialist and Officers to anticipate visa, resident permit, medical exam, police clearance, and other government and immigration requirements and issues to minimize or eliminate recruitment and onboarding delays
• Aid the recruitment team through providing professional recommendation or advice as and when requested
• Drive standardized group recruitment, sourcing and selection processes across the Group of Companies
• Suggest innovative approaches for identifying and attracting talent from various markets where the Al Mana Group of Companies operates or plans to operate
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
• Build and maintain strong and effective relationship across the Group to achieve objectives

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements

University Qualifications: University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Other certifications obtained: CIPD, SPHR an advantage

Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment
