Job Description & Summary

Client Account Administrator ("CAA") works as an integral team member on team management. CAAs are management professionals delivering client related administrative support, financial work and performing low risk / low value engagements. The CAA works mostly in-house from the PwC premises

Responsibilities

Project management/ administration

- Electronic management of client records
- Maintain and organize the hard copy filing system
- Champions to the internal support software - i-Power
- Performs under supervision the administrative side of certain audit procedures (such as engagement letters, petty cash and bank recs.) - whenever required
- Maintains professional working relationships with team members, office support staff, client staff, and wider network
- Following up debtors.
- Coordination for team briefing meetings

Finance

- Undertakes all basic financial procedures required for the team:
- Billing clients
- Produce WIP / Debtors reports for partners and managers on request
- Generate monthly finance reports for the team if requested
- Produces analyses and reports on other key assignment as required
- Following up debtors
- Is proficient in using PwC's finance systems and Excel
- Monthly reporting pack for leadership

Project management

- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
- Proactively identifies and suggests possible project strategy improvements
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Strong skills in staff management, communication and time management.
- Efficient organizational skills
- Prior work experience (ideally from an administrative/analytical background from within corporate/professional services environment), and with experience of
- Analyzing financial or statistical data
- Demonstrate ability to work in multi tasked, fast-paced and changing environment
- Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions

- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills (bilingual)

Technical skills

- Is proficient in using PwC intranet and internet
- Is proficient in using PwC's finance systems and Excel

- Accounting knowledge

Requirements

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel
- Over 4 years of work experience
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills (preferably, a bilingual)
- Sound accounting knowledge (i.e. the person should be partly qualified in any
- Professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACCA, ACA, etc.)
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Good networking skills.
