Our newest opportunity is for a talented Technical Architect to join our award-winning team based in Doha,Qatar . This position is responsible for supporting different projects by generating architectural drawings utilizing Revit, AutoCad or other software.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Experience in Architecture Technical Design and development.
- Generating architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Revit or other Software. Uses own judgment and analysis.
- Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
- Providing solutions to resolve design issues.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
- Understanding of technical requirements of buildings and engineering and statutory authorities.
- Compiling data and performs computations. Prepares specifications, reports and related data tables.
- Assisting Project Architect in report preparation.
- Providing project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.)
- Preparing physical/visual survey documentation.
- Reporting on progress meetings.
- Assisting with client meetings and presentation materials as requested.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and exposure to diverse design disciplines.
- Association of Licensed Architect would be considered favorably.
- High level of proficiency in Revit Architecture, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop , Illustrator and In-Design.
