Job description / Role
A new automotive business within Qatar is recruiting for a new Technical Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity is looking for an experienced manager who will maintain, develop and deliver technical training and ensure the service is customer focused.
Within this job you will be responsible for managing service center operations ensuring that efficiency and quality customer service. You will need to ensure all technical updates are received and communicated to all technicians, service advisors and more – delivering on the job technical training at various sites. A crucial part of this position will be to ensure that customer service and satisfaction remains in the highest percentage. It will be a vital part of your role to identify training needs alongside department managers and ensure that all departments are kept up to date with any training. Alongside this you will be managing warranty claims and handling issues in service and repair.
Requirements
In order to be successful within this position you should have 2- 3 years experience in the same position. In order to fully understand the background of the role you should have a technical mechanical background and be confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders as necessary. You should have experience of on the job training delivery to different employees and due to the nature of this position experience with Hyundai cars is essential.
