Technical Proposals Manager - Road Projects - Qatar
Technical Proposals Manager to be based in Qatar working on Road Projects.
An experienced Technical Proposals Manager is required to work on Road Projects in Qatar.
The Package is approximately 40-45,000 QAR per month.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree - Essential - Civil Engineering
* Design and Planning Experience
* 15+ years of construction experience
* Western Education
* Experience with Infrastructure Projects (Roads, Highways, Expressway etc.)
* 5+ years GCC Experience
* Experience with Technical Proposals of Infrastructure Projects
