Under direct supervision, services, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical and mechanical logging equipment as directed either as part of a preventive maintenance crew or individually. Performs electrical and mechanical analytical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as part of a routine maintenance program. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected. Skills are typically acquired through an associate degree in electronics or related electrical and mechanical experience.
