Watches Sales & Service Technician - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Sales Executive cum Technician for our Watches Division.

The primary focus of the role will be to achieve or exceed the sales/profits targets set by the company for the products handled. To ensure customer satisfaction by efficient product service to industry quality standards.

The main duties within the role include the following:
- Technical capability to repair, service ECR, biometric and electronic devices, both hardware and software.
- For the ECR, Biometric machines conduct demonstrations to the clients in view to identify their needs and provide solutions by which to promote the sales of these items.
- Visit the clients when they need service and provide estimates and repair these machines at our company service center.
- Conduct periodical market survey for the competitive brands and inform management for necessary action.
- Maintain daily sales, service and stock registers, updating them day to day.
- Inform the management so that necessary procurement of machines can be done from the principals.

Requirements

- Degree education preferred but not essential
- Good knowledge of after sales of devices, software and hardware.
- Good knowledge of after sales of devices, software and hardware.

The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age with at least 3 years experience in similar position and able to demonstrate the following:
- Servicing ECR & Biometric devices.
- Knowledge in service of CCTV will be an added advantage.
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have good command of the English language and Arabic is preferable
- Familiarity with computer use
- Good presentation and excellent personal organization
- Passion for service industry
- Flexibility and punctuality
- Self-motivated, reliable and confident
- Identify customer needs
- Pleasing personality.
