Temporary Works Coordinator - Metro Construction

Job description / Role

Client is a leading European contractor who are currently working on the construction of the Metro in Doha. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced temporary works coordinator. The role will be responsible for all structural design and site activities relating to temporary works including excavations, formwork, falsework and back propping for concrete..

Requirements

Candidates will preferably have a degree in engineering or a construction related field and will preferably be CITB certified.

Candidates should have all round experience of temporary works including design and supervision of all site activities and must ensure that all activities are compliant with CDM regulations.

Candidates should be familiar with temporary support of excavations, formwork, falsework and back propping for concrete. Candidates will have experience of working on large civil engineering projects such as metro, light rail system and rail.
