Tenant Coordination Manager (Retail Delivery) - Doha Festival City (Mall) - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate

The responsibilities of this role is to assess, enable and provide assurance that all Doha Festival Centre tenants adhere to the Al-Futtaim Group specified retail standards. And, in so doing, confirming that a measurable increase in commercial value and performance is evident.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to industry and government regulatory standards, identifying and improving operational systems & processes, highlighting additional intervention requirements to the AFTC and drive delivery.

Reporting to the Assistant General Mall Manager, the Tenant Relations Manager will manage 1 Tenant Coordinator.

- Consult with tenants to provide solutions and options, measuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals & quotations in line with business plan objectives (increase revenues, provide access, support performance, increase commercial outcomes)
- Work inclusively with HR Business Partners, AFTC, Line Managers and Senior Management to deliver and to gain agreement, share workloads and meet expectations
- Ensure all DFC Tenants and key stakeholders are aware of the standards, products and services
- Utilise tools and resources that will discover training needs or assess capability standards
- Maximise opportunities to communicate achievements, initiatives and projects
- Implement innovation, new technologies and creative solutions

Requirements

The chosen candidate must be prepared to spend considerable time mobile within the mall and willing to work beyond office hours. They need to be degree educated with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
