Tenants Coordinator

Job description / Role

Al Emadi Enterprises is one of Qatar’s fastest growing conglomerates. Our portfolio has expanded over the years to include Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial and Energy sectors.

You will be coordination between the tenants, owners, consultants, contractors and in-house engineering team to ensure timely opening of the Alhazm Mall.
- Manage all tenants submittals ( referring each submittal to the designated engineer, follow up with company engineers and ensure the respond in the specific time frame, get back to the tenant for the respond)
- Ensure that Property Management has received all corporate communication pertaining to the construction of each tenant space and is prepared to conduct a pre-construction meeting.
- Document and keep record for all correspondence between tenants and company.
- Work with tenant to finalize their drawings and get clearance to work on site.
- Ensure that the site is ready prior handing over to tenants.
- Supervise tenants site progress & induct required inspection.
- Constantly chasing the tenants to insure meeting the deadlines of work completion.
- Report directly & regularly to the management with the updated status.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of experience in retail tenant coordination, retail design and/or construction.
- Proven proficiency in reading and understanding construction documents, interpreting construction means and methods, and insuring compliance with building construction and project design criteria.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal
