Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose: To support the Testing and Commissioning Manager and MEP Construction Manager for the testing and commissioning of MEP on the project.

Responsibilities and Major Activities:
* Progress reporting, overseeing, monitoring and witnessing on the D&B Contractor MEP testing and commissioning activities.
* Assuring that contractors have carried out testing and commissioning as planned and in accordance with the proper codes and standards.
* Reviewing and accepting that as-built drawings and records are reflecting in detail the as-built condition of the MEP installations.

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services with good experience in the organization and supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of MEP.
* Familiar with all the necessary codes and standards governing testing and commissioning.
* Minimum 10 years relevant post qualification experience.
* Good communicator and team player, with fluent conversational and writing competence in English.  With good experiences working with contractors.Preferably having experiences in the Middle East.
