Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Grooming & Standard Assistant is required to support the highest standards of grooming & training are delivered to and maintained by Cabin Crew. To enable Cabin Crew to portray an outstanding image to our customers and ensure all Cabin Crew are in compliance with Grooming and Standards Regulations before and after flight duty. She will coordinate with Uniforms Department with regards to uniform needs, fit, maintenance and replacements. Negotiate with salons, grooming parlors and fitness centres to obtain additional benefits for Cabin Crew. Support the Grooming Officers in negotiating deals for Cabin Crew with grooming service agencies Support training courses for partner departmental staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role the right candidate must have

•Secondary School Certificate or equivalent Diploma in Beauty Therapy
•Minimum of 3 years experience as a fashion or beauty consultant.
•Committed and energetic individuals with in-depth knowledge of beauty & fashion
•International airline experience or a teaching background would be an advantage with an experience in conducting seminars, workshops, and presentations.
•Service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
