Training Manager Talent and Culture (fixed term contract until January 2023)

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for creating training materials and facilitator guidelines as per the Training Need Analysis based on the project's operational standards and requirements.
- Facilitating Onboarding programs
- Facilitating Train-The-Trainer sessions
- Scheduling and organizing generic and operational training
- Supervising the proper implementation of the operational training
- Evaluating the training implementation and results
- Maintaining quality and accuracy of the Training Records

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Training experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial training position
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large-scale property
- Strong facilitation experience
- Good instructional design experience
- Experience in delivering On the Job Training is a plus
- Experience in delivering Train-The-Trainer programs is preferred
- A hands-on approach is essential
- Experience in leading large teams
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic and creative approach
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
