Michael Page is pleased to be working with a Financial Institution based in Doha, Qatar who are seeking to recruit an experienced Translator / Teacher of English to join their team.

My client, is a well-established Private Sector institution that offers a full range of corporate, private and retail solutions.

Description
The Translator will provide administrative support and translate documents from Arabic-English and vice versa. The Translator will be responsible for providing consultative services to others within the organisation in technical writing regarding specialised terminology and expressions. The Translator will translate incoming and outgoing correspondence.

As this is a dual role, the Translator will also prepare and provide coursework materials and homework assignments and have the ability to teach trainees how to prepare business correspondences and provide feedback on their progress.

Requirements

The successful individual will need to be fluent in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken and have Banking and/or Financial Services experience. The successful will need to have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
