Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

NES Global Talent's is looking for a Translator for its Engineering consultancy firm for one of its major projects in Qatar

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate Project documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic as directed by Senior Translator and Administration Manager.
• Carry out quality checks on translations.
• Act as an interpreter in meetings as directed by Senior Translator
• Maintain the Project Translation Glossary of terms.

Requirements

• Degree in Languages or a related subject;
• Preferable for Arabic to be the mother language;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in translation services with some previous technical experience.
• Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents.
• Must have experience in the construction / engineering industry
