Job description / Role
Summary
• Seeking meticulous and driven Utilities Business Analysts/Operational excellence consultants with 8 to 15 years of relevant professional experience and past project management experience.
• This position is long term position in the operations excellence PMO of the utility along with Big-4 consultants.
• Mandatory past experience in Utility Business / Operational Excellence roles with strong project management background
Core Objectives:
• Focus on continuous process and service improvement for various department with the client; this will include proactive and need-based assessment and review of client`s departmental processes, for each of business owners
• Coordinate with client`s IT Department and concerned business owners, to ensure effective automation of processes within individual departments
• Establish KPIs in sync with business owners and provide monitoring and reporting tools for departments
• Manage customer satisfaction surveys and based on feedback received elevate the service quality and motivate any process changes required
• Identify transformational projects within business units, in coordination with the client sponsor
• Develop inter-departmental service level agreements (SLAs) for each of the departments
• Manage the internal employee engagement survey and act on findings to improve the employee engagement levels, loyalty & instill a sense of belonging
