Vehicle Quick Service & Retail Operations Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Quick Service Retail Operations Manager to oversee the operation of our vehicle quick service stations in Doha, Qatar. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the stations, as well as driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the vehicle quick service stations, including the management of team members and the delivery of services such as tyre changes, brake repairs, filter replacements, car washes, and other automotive services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability at the stations
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the stations, including preparing reports and analyzing data
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of team members at the stations
- Ensure that all team members deliver high-quality customer service and that customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure a consistent supply of necessary equipment and materials

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations, including health and safety regulations
